Aqualyx fat dissolver is the first non-surgical treatment of local adiposity developed over 20 years ago. The aqueous compound solution within Aqualyx vials can be used to treat multiple areas around the body with stubborn fat pockets, Aqualyx can also be used to treat any small lipomas that appear on the face.

The compound solution that makes Aqualyx fat dissolver is formulated of 12alfa-dihydroxy-5beta-24-oico cholanic acid sodium salts, a modified compound of Cholanic Acid also known as Deoxycholic Acid. The active ingredient within Aqualyx is deoxycholic acid, a naturally occurring chemical produced in the human body. The acid is used in the emulsification of fat absorption in the intestine.

Aqualyx works by dissolving the fat through emulsification of the adipose cell membrane, liquifying the fat and destroying the cells permanently. The lipids are then expelled from the body naturally through the lymphatic draining system.

Aqualyx reduces fat in multiple areas across the body, the most popular treatments of Aqualyx are within the chin, jowls, stomach, and thighs. Although, the solution can still be applied to the buttocks, saddle bags, knees, hips, and lipomas. Aqualyx treats pseudo-gynocomastia in men and buffalo humps.
